What we collect

When you join the investor list or request a conversation, we collect: first and last name, email address, self-attestation of accredited investor status, and optionally phone number, check-size range, capital-structure interest, investment timeline, and a free-text message.

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, page URL) and anonymized analytics via Google Analytics 4.

Why we collect it

• To maintain the investor list and notify you when the Reg D 506(c) offering opens
• To route qualified conversation requests to the Equity Quarters investor relations team
• To deliver the 2026 Market Report and any future research requested
• To verify compliance with accredited-investor requirements before an offer is made

Third-party processors

We use the following processors to handle submissions and communications:

• Make.com (workflow automation)
• Close CRM (investor relations contact management)
• Email delivery service (transactional email)
• Google Analytics 4 (anonymized site analytics)

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing investor@equityquarters.io. Residents of the European Union and United Kingdom have additional rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to data portability.

Cookies

This site uses a signed session cookie (set only after you join the investor list) to gate the /access resource page. We also use a first-party analytics cookie if you consent. No advertising trackers are used.
